How It Works
The end-to-end workflow our team follows when operating client campaigns through the platform.
Account Connection
Client ad accounts are connected via official API authentication (OAuth 2.0). No credentials are stored — access tokens are managed securely per session.
Campaign Setup
Our team uses the platform to configure campaigns: targeting, budgets, bidding strategy, creative assets. Configurations are validated before API submission.
Automated Launch
Campaigns are created programmatically via API calls to each platform. The platform confirms successful creation and begins pulling performance data immediately.
Daily Monitoring
Performance data is pulled every hour. Automated rules run 3× daily: pausing underperformers, flagging anomalies, and triggering budget adjustments.
Optimization
The team reviews automated flags and makes strategic decisions (scale, pause, iterate). Execution is via API — no manual platform navigation required.
Reporting
Standardized performance reports are generated from the unified data layer and delivered to clients on agreed cadences.
